Why should you rent one of our properties?
Experience the difference when living in a rental property managed by professionals. Whether temporary or permanent, you should feel comfortable in a rental home and be treated with dignity and respect. We embody the word respect in all that we do for tenants, from the beginning of your search, throughout your rental experience, and to the conclusion of your lease.
As a valued prospective tenant, we can help you through the process of finding and applying for that special place you will call home. Once you become one of our tenants, we will strive to make your rental experience the best that it can be.
What should you expect when applying for one of our properties?
You will be screened by a national background, eviction and credit check system. The systems we use uncover even those little things you might not think will show up. Please be open and honest during the application process. The application fees are non-refundable.
All of the rental properties we manage require first month rent and a security deposit (typically equal to twice the monthly rent, depending on credit history) to move in.
Before you submit an application please have the following materials available:
-
Proof of income (3 months of pay stubs or bank statements to prove direct deposit)
-
Previous rental history (up to 5 years)
-
Valid driver’s license
-
Application and lease processing fee (online payment available)
-
Social Security Number or Passport
-
Renter’s insurance policy (strongly recommended)
Our “Pet friendly” rentals require:
-
Refundable pet fees
-
Proof of pet licensing
-
Up-to-date vaccination records
-
Liability policy for pets as part of Renter’s insurance (strongly recommended)
Paying your rent on time may have a positive impact on your credit report and your rental experience. We use software that can report your on-time payments to all the major credit bureaus. This also means late payments may effect your credit. Pay on time to avoid penalty fees and the potential to negatively impact your ability to renew your lease.
